The Leader's Job

Your job is to:

• Recruit and set expectations
• Get the recruit into the onboarding system
• Help clarify their commitment, schedule, and lead strategy
• Coach sales behavior
• Keep important issues from sitting unnoticed
• Escalate admin/contracting problems to the right person

Your job is not to manually teach every onboarding step that already exists in this playbook.

The Full Agent Journey

Recruit Intake → Licensing / Transfer Review → Pre-Contracting Training → Lead Strategy + Starting Comp → HCMS + Carrier Contracting → Systems Setup → Launch → First 30 Days

Your first operational step is to add the recruit to AgencyOnboarder:

That action starts the actual onboarding process. The Recruit Tracker is used for internal visibility; it does not enroll the recruit in onboarding.
