1. Add the Recruit to Onboarding

Adding the recruit to AgencyOnboarder is what actually starts their onboarding.

Add the recruit there first so they receive the onboarding communication and can begin the correct process.

Then use the Recruit Tracker for internal visibility and status tracking:

• Full legal name
• Email
• Phone
• Resident state
• Date of birth
• NPN, if already licensed
• Current license status
• Previous/current IMO or FFL team, if applicable
