Before You Request a Carrier

Only submit a carrier request through the method shown here. If you are currently or were recently contracted with the carrier through another IMO or FFL team, contact Brooke before submitting anything new.

National Life Group (NLG)

NLG is the exception to the normal "complete your SureLC profile but do not request carriers" rule.

Open the FFL West Coast SureLC profile →

To request NLG:

  1. Complete all missing SureLC profile requirements.
  2. Go to Contracting → Requests.
  3. Click Create Request.
  4. Select National Life Group and the appropriate request type.
  5. Select the products and licensed states needed.
  6. Complete all training, E&O, carrier, and background requirements.
  7. Review, sign, and submit.
